Role Overview: Electria Group is seeking a dynamic and eager to learn Battery Consultant to join our team in Manchester. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in battery technology to develop and implement novel solutions across staffing, engineering services, and strategic investment projects. You will play a key role in driving the growth of our business while advancing the development of sustainable and/or high-performing energy systems. Key Responsibilities: Develop innovative strategies for staffing, engineering services, and investment within the battery technology and energy storage sectors. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients, addressing challenges in engineering, resource allocation, and financial planning. Conduct research and feasibility studies to identify emerging trends and technologies in battery systems. Support the development and implementation of advanced energy storage solutions, focusing on performance, safety, and sustainability. Provide technical and strategic expertise to clients, ensuring alignment with their goals and industry best practices. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to support long-term collaborations. Deliver presentations, reports, and recommendations to internal teams and clients. Required Experience and Qualifications: A degree in engineering or science , with a focus on Chemistry, EE/ME engineering, chemical engineering, materials science, or a related field. Existing knowledge of the fundamentals of Carbon Capture or Battery Chemistry Ability to adapt technical understanding to customer pain points Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions for complex challenges.
